Evaluation of Speeches at Toastmasters 2016
As the second task is about the best evaluation chart for our informative speeches I would choose the second chart "10.2. PUBLIC SPEAKING EVALUATION CHART". This very chart is also used to evaluate the speeches of participants at Toastmasters Speaking Contest 2016.

Despite the overall score of every contestant I would confer the 1st place to Josefine Lee because her speech touched me most of all.
The topic of relationship is quite pressing nowadays. I definitely love the way she performed and her acting skills are obviously richly developed which really help to get immersed into the idea of her speech. Besides that a personal example she refers to is fairly exhilarating and the fact that she compare a break-up of relationship with the stalling out of the car engine (sputtered and stopped) make me feel sure she is into the situation and the idea she's delivering.
