Self-fulfilling prophesy

           Self-fulfilling prophesy, as far as I understand, is linked with the stage fright closely. The sense of this concept is when you are waiting for a certain behaviour from a person, you get it. For example, you imagine that this very person in front of you is very selfish and arrogant and when communicating they behave exactly like that.
           As for stage fright, basically lots of people can't speak freely while delivering a speech. They think the audience may not be interested or dislike their style, appearance. Most of us are afraid of making mistakes in front of the huge crowd of people and so on.
           So why can self-fulfilling prophesy be seen in the situation of the bout of stage fright? Obviously, if you think people who listen to you are going to hate your performance or you as a personality they will do this because  your fears of being disliked or misunderstood are shown through your uncertain gestures and  stumbling. And as soon as you believe you are interesting for people and you speech makes sense for them the audience will love you.
