                            Topic: You are not guilty of the aggression you experience

 – Why should I want to talk about this?

I often face people's aggressive behaviour towards me and others and sometimes see how some of us really suffer from it. We think that people act like this because there is something wrong with us, that WE are the problem. I want to persuade them that abusers behaves in aggressive way because THEY are the problem.

 – Why should anybody want to listen to me? All people have ever met abusers in their life but not every person knows why some of us sometimes acts really aggressively without any reason for this. 

– What single message would I want to put across?
Some people acts badly and cruelly due to the fact that they were neglected by parents when were children or suffered from abuse or due to some other reasons that affected their life and outlook.

 – What need in the audience do I want to have satisfied when I have finished speaking?

They know why people acts aggressively.

– When they all walk away what state would I like them to leave in?
I know why they abused me. I must not suffer from their problems. I am free not to judge them. I feel sympathy for them.
