Ways to Overcome Stage Fright

These ways are of  use for me to overcome Stage Fright and prepare for the performance:
  • To control my breathing I try to take some deep breaths from the diaphragm.
  • Exercising. I usually do the regular exercises to reduce stress and to cope with it faster and easier. 
  • Getting enough rest. 
  • Before the performance I always listen to some motivational song to charge myself with positive energy and set myself up for success.
