Challenge 4
The American author Paul Meyer once said: “Communication – the human connection – is the key to personal and career success.” That's why I finally dared to write a message to my classmates, which I don't communicate much after school and asked how it is going now.
It's really important to mention that I entered the very school I graduated in my 10th grade, so I had only 2 years to make friends with my new classmates. Actually I didn't cope absolutely successfully as we were all mature personalities and there were sometimes struggles but just before our state exams at the end of the year we were lust like close family and communicated quite often.
After entering the university, all different ones, we stopped keeping in touch often and every time I recall my school I ask why didn't we see each other anymore and want to write them and call to get together finally. I didn't dare to do this because we all live our life now and some of us already have families and simply don't share our old interest.
This challenge helped me to call them finally! But unfortunately due to the quarantine we don't have a chance to get together but we had a conference in Skype! This was something really amazing because all people changed so much, I mean their interests, pastimes, they work now and we listened to each other's stories how it is going now...
Thankfully the challenge helped me to reconnect with my old friends and now I'm thinking of writing a message to my classmates from my first school!
